1 on 1 Personal training with Harold Stark, individualizing plans to help you reach your unique goals. Certified by NASM in 2008, I specialize in Functional Fitness Training. Utilizing Core, Flexibility, Stability and Strength Training as well as corrective exercises, Hypertrophy ( building muscle ), Max Strength and Power Training. For most goals I like to utilize a circuit routine to keep you moving the whole time, but your routine will be designed specifically for you and will change as you change to challenge you intensely, but safely.
Circuit classes allow for 2-8 people to train together. Classes are designed to allow people of different fitness levels to train at the same time at there own pace. You will have the benefit of a personal trainer to correct form and adjust exercises to meet your needs, while enjoying a lower price than 1 on 1 training. Full body circuits are available for those doing resistance training every other day. Upper body and Lower body circuits will be available for those wanting to do resistance training every day. All classes are lead by a certified personal trainer.
Flexibility and recovery Classes with Harold Stark
Increase flexibility, improve recovery time and maximize benefit from resistance training, as well as decreasing potential of injury. Classes include static stretching techniques and foam rolling techniques.
